Iris 5100 vs UHD 620 benchmarks

In our benchmarks, the UHD 620 beats the Iris 5100 in gaming performance.

Our database shows that the UHD 620 has a significantly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. Despite this, the Iris 5100 has a slightly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.

In addition, the UHD 620 has a significantly lower TDP at 15 W when compared to the Iris 5100 at 30 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.

In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the UHD 620 is better than the Iris 5100.
