Iris 5100 vs Radeon Pro 5300 benchmarks

For gaming, the Radeon Pro 5300 graphics card is better than the Iris 5100 in our tests.

Our database shows that the Radeon Pro 5300 has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. In addition, the Radeon Pro 5300 also has a significantly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.

In addition, the Iris 5100 has a significantly lower TDP at 30 W when compared to the Radeon Pro 5300 at 85 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.

In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Radeon Pro 5300 is better than the Iris 5100.
