HD 630 vs Radeon VII benchmarks
In our benchmarks, the Radeon VII beats the HD 630 in gaming performance.
The Radeon VII has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. In addition, the Radeon VII also has a significantly higher boost clock speed. This is a frequency that can be reached if the GPU is cooled sufficiently and has enough power.
In addition, the HD 630 has a significantly lower TDP at 15 W when compared to the Radeon VII at 300 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Radeon VII over the HD 630.
