In our benchmarks, the GeForce GTX 745 beats the HD 620 in gaming performance.
In addition, the HD 620 has a significantly lower TDP at 15 W when compared to the GeForce GTX 745 at 55 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
