HD 530 vs UHD 730 specs and performance

For gaming, the UHD 730 graphics card is better than the HD 530 in our tests.

In our comparison, the HD 530 has a slightly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. Despite this, the UHD 730 has a slightly higher boost clock speed. The boost clock speed is the frequency that the GPU core can reach if the temperature is low enough. The allows for higher performance in certain scenarios.

In addition, both the HD 530 and the UHD 730 have an identical TDP. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.

In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the UHD 730 is better than the HD 530.
