HD 530 vs Radeon RX 580 specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Radeon RX 580 GPU is faster than the HD 530 in gaming.
Our database shows that the Radeon RX 580 has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. In addition, the Radeon RX 580 also has a slightly higher boost clock speed. This is a frequency that can be reached if the GPU is cooled sufficiently and has enough power.
In addition, the HD 530 has a significantly lower TDP at 15 W when compared to the Radeon RX 580 at 185 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Radeon RX 580 over the HD 530.
