HD 530 vs HD 620 comparison

In our benchmarks, the HD 530 beats the HD 620 in gaming performance.

The HD 530 has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. Despite this, the HD 620 has a slightly higher boost clock speed. The boost clock speed is the frequency that the GPU core can reach if the temperature is low enough. The allows for higher performance in certain scenarios.

In addition, both the HD 530 and the HD 620 have an identical TDP. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.

In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the HD 530 is better than the HD 620.
