HD 520 vs HD 615 comparison

In our benchmarks, the HD 520 beats the HD 615 in gaming performance.

By comparing the spec sheets, both the HD 520 and the HD 615 have the same base clock speed. Despite this, the HD 520 has a slightly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.

In addition, the HD 615 has a significantly lower TDP at 5 W when compared to the HD 520 at 15 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.

According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the HD 520 is faster than the HD 615.
