HD 505 vs UHD 605 specs and performance

In our benchmarks, the UHD 605 beats the HD 505 in gaming performance.

By comparing the spec sheets, both the HD 505 and the UHD 605 have the same base clock speed. Despite this, the UHD 605 has a slightly higher boost clock speed. This is a frequency that can be reached if the GPU is cooled sufficiently and has enough power.

In addition, the UHD 605 has a slightly lower TDP at 5 W when compared to the HD 505 at 6 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.

In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the UHD 605 is better than the HD 505.
