HD 4000 vs Radeon Vega 6 specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Radeon Vega 6 GPU is faster than the HD 4000 in gaming.
In our comparison, the HD 4000 has a significantly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. Despite this, the Radeon Vega 6 has a significantly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.
In addition, both the HD 4000 and the Radeon Vega 6 have an identical TDP. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.
According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the Radeon Vega 6 is faster than the HD 4000.
