HD 4000 vs Radeon R7 M350 specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Radeon R7 M350 GPU is faster than the HD 4000 in gaming.
The Radeon R7 M350 has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. Despite this, the HD 4000 has a slightly higher boost clock speed. This is a frequency that can be reached if the GPU is cooled sufficiently and has enough power.
In addition, the Radeon R7 M350 has a slightly lower TDP at 35 W when compared to the HD 4000 at 45 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the Radeon R7 M350 is faster than the HD 4000.
