For gaming, the Radeon HD 6570 graphics card is better than the HD 4000 in our tests.
In addition, the Radeon HD 6570 has a slightly lower TDP at 40 W when compared to the HD 4000 at 45 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Radeon HD 6570 is better than the HD 4000.
