HD 4000 vs GeForce MX350 specs and performance

In our benchmarks, the GeForce MX350 beats the HD 4000 in gaming performance.

In our comparison, the GeForce MX350 has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. Despite this, the HD 4000 has a slightly higher boost clock speed. The boost clock speed is the frequency that the GPU core can reach if the temperature is low enough. The allows for higher performance in certain scenarios.

In addition, the GeForce MX350 has a significantly lower TDP at 20 W when compared to the HD 4000 at 45 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.

According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the GeForce MX350 is faster than the HD 4000.
