GeForce RTX 3080 Ti vs TITAN Xp specs and performance

For gaming, the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics card is better than the TITAN Xp in our tests.

The TITAN Xp has a slightly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. Despite this, the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti has a slightly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.

Next up, in terms of GPU memory, they both have the same amount of memory at 12 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.

In addition, the TITAN Xp has a slightly lower TDP at 250 W when compared to the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti at 350 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.

In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti over the TITAN Xp.
