GeForce RTX 3080 Ti vs GeForce GT 1030 specs and performance

In our benchmarks, the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti beats the GeForce GT 1030 in gaming performance.

The GeForce RTX 3080 Ti has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. In addition, the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti also has a slightly higher boost clock speed. This is a frequency that can be reached if the GPU is cooled sufficiently and has enough power.

In addition, the GeForce GT 1030 has a significantly lower TDP at 30 W when compared to the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti at 350 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.

In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti is better than the GeForce GT 1030.
