GeForce RTX 3070 vs RTX A6000 benchmarks

For gaming, the RTX A6000 graphics card is better than the GeForce RTX 3070 in our tests.

Our database shows that the GeForce RTX 3070 has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. Despite this, the RTX A6000 has a slightly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.

In addition, the GeForce RTX 3070 has a slightly lower TDP at 220 W when compared to the RTX A6000 at 300 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.

In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the RTX A6000 over the GeForce RTX 3070.
