In our benchmarks, the Radeon RX 7600 beats the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop in gaming performance.
In addition, the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop has a significantly lower TDP at 115 W when compared to the Radeon RX 7600 at 165 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
