GeForce RTX 3060 vs TITAN Xp benchmarks
For gaming, the TITAN Xp graphics card is better than the GeForce RTX 3060 in our tests.
The TITAN Xp has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. Despite this, the GeForce RTX 3060 has a slightly higher boost clock speed. This is a frequency that can be reached if the GPU is cooled sufficiently and has enough power.
As stated by the manufacturer, they both have the same amount of memory at 12 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
In addition, the GeForce RTX 3060 has a significantly lower TDP at 170 W when compared to the TITAN Xp at 250 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the TITAN Xp is better than the GeForce RTX 3060.
