GeForce RTX 2080 vs RTX A4500 Laptop benchmarks

In our benchmarks, the GeForce RTX 2080 beats the RTX A4500 Laptop in gaming performance.

In our comparison, the GeForce RTX 2080 has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. In addition, the GeForce RTX 2080 also has a slightly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.

In addition, the RTX A4500 Laptop has a significantly lower TDP at 115 W when compared to the GeForce RTX 2080 at 250 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.

According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the GeForce RTX 2080 is faster than the RTX A4500 Laptop.
