In our benchmarks, the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti beats the Radeon RX 7600 XT in gaming performance.

Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the Radeon RX 7600 XT has significantly more memory with 16 GiB of memory compared to 11 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.
