GeForce RTX 2070 vs Quadro P620 specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the GeForce RTX 2070 GPU is faster than the Quadro P620 in gaming.
Our database shows that the GeForce RTX 2070 has a slightly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. In addition, the GeForce RTX 2070 also has a slightly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.
Next up, in terms of GPU memory, the GeForce RTX 2070 has significantly more memory with 8 GiB of memory compared to 2 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
In addition, the Quadro P620 has a significantly lower TDP at 40 W when compared to the GeForce RTX 2070 at 175 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.
In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the GeForce RTX 2070 over the Quadro P620.
