GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER vs GeForce RTX 4060 Ti benchmarks
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti GPU is faster than the GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER in gaming.
Our database shows that the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti has a significantly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. In addition, the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti also has a significantly higher boost clock speed. The boost clock speed is the frequency that the GPU core can reach if the temperature is low enough. The allows for higher performance in certain scenarios.
As stated by the manufacturer, they both have the same amount of memory at 8 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
In addition, the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti has a slightly lower TDP at 160 W when compared to the GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER at 215 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti is faster than the GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER.
