GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q vs TITAN X specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the TITAN X GPU is faster than the GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q in gaming.
In our comparison, the TITAN X has a significantly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture.
Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the TITAN X has significantly more memory with 12 GiB of memory compared to 8 GiB. If you're planning at playing games at high resolutions with high-quality textures, you will need a lot of memory.
In addition, the GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q has a significantly lower TDP at 80 W when compared to the TITAN X at 250 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the TITAN X is better than the GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q.
