GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER vs Radeon RX 6650 XT comparison
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Radeon RX 6650 XT GPU is faster than the GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER in gaming.
The Radeon RX 6650 XT has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. In addition, the Radeon RX 6650 XT also has a significantly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.
Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that they both have the same amount of memory at 8 GiB. If you're planning at playing games at high resolutions with high-quality textures, you will need a lot of memory.
In addition, the GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER has a slightly lower TDP at 175 W when compared to the Radeon RX 6650 XT at 176 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Radeon RX 6650 XT over the GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER.
