GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER vs Quadro RTX 5000 specs and performance

For gaming, the Quadro RTX 5000 graphics card is better than the GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER in our tests.

In our comparison, the Quadro RTX 5000 has a slightly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. In addition, the Quadro RTX 5000 also has a slightly higher boost clock speed. The boost clock speed is the frequency that the GPU core can reach if the temperature is low enough. The allows for higher performance in certain scenarios.

In addition, the GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER has a slightly lower TDP at 175 W when compared to the Quadro RTX 5000 at 230 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.

According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the Quadro RTX 5000 is faster than the GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER.
