GeForce GTX 960M vs Quadro P600 specs and performance
In our benchmarks, the Quadro P600 beats the GeForce GTX 960M in gaming performance.
The Quadro P600 has a slightly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. In addition, the Quadro P600 also has a slightly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.
As stated by the manufacturer, the GeForce GTX 960M has significantly more memory with 4 GiB of memory compared to 2 GiB. If you're planning at playing games at high resolutions with high-quality textures, you will need a lot of memory.
In addition, the Quadro P600 has a significantly lower TDP at 40 W when compared to the GeForce GTX 960M at 65 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the Quadro P600 is faster than the GeForce GTX 960M.
