GeForce GTX 960 vs Quadro P3000 specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Quadro P3000 GPU is faster than the GeForce GTX 960 in gaming.
The GeForce GTX 960 has a slightly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation.
Next up, in terms of GPU memory, the Quadro P3000 has significantly more memory with 6 GiB of memory compared to 4 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
In addition, the Quadro P3000 has a significantly lower TDP at 75 W when compared to the GeForce GTX 960 at 120 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the Quadro P3000 is faster than the GeForce GTX 960.
