In our benchmarks, the Quadro K4200 beats the GeForce GTX 745 in gaming performance.

In addition, the GeForce GTX 745 has a significantly lower TDP at 55 W when compared to the Quadro K4200 at 105 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
