GeForce GTX 690 vs Quadro M3000M comparison

For gaming, the GeForce GTX 690 graphics card is better than the Quadro M3000M in our tests.

Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the Quadro M3000M has significantly more memory with 4 GiB of memory compared to 2 GiB. If you're planning at playing games at high resolutions with high-quality textures, you will need a lot of memory.
