In our benchmarks, the Radeon 520 beats the GeForce GTX 660M in gaming performance.
As stated by the manufacturer, the Radeon 520 has significantly more memory with 4 GiB of memory compared to 2 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Radeon 520 is better than the GeForce GTX 660M.
