GeForce GTX 660 vs Quadro RTX 3000 specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Quadro RTX 3000 GPU is faster than the GeForce GTX 660 in gaming.
Our database shows that the GeForce GTX 660 has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture.
Next up, in terms of GPU memory, the Quadro RTX 3000 has significantly more memory with 6 GiB of memory compared to 3 GiB. If you're planning at playing games at high resolutions with high-quality textures, you will need a lot of memory.
In addition, the Quadro RTX 3000 has a significantly lower TDP at 80 W when compared to the GeForce GTX 660 at 140 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the Quadro RTX 3000 is faster than the GeForce GTX 660.
