GeForce GTX 650 vs GeForce GTX 965M benchmarks
In our benchmarks, the GeForce GTX 965M beats the GeForce GTX 650 in gaming performance.
Our database shows that the GeForce GTX 650 has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture.
Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the GeForce GTX 965M has significantly more memory with 4 GiB of memory compared to 2 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.
In addition, the GeForce GTX 965M has a slightly lower TDP at 60 W when compared to the GeForce GTX 650 at 64 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the GeForce GTX 965M is faster than the GeForce GTX 650.
