GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER vs Radeon RX 5600 benchmarks
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Radeon RX 5600 GPU is faster than the GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER in gaming.
In our comparison, the GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. In addition, the GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER also has a slightly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.
As stated by the manufacturer, they both have the same amount of memory at 6 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
In addition, the GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER has a slightly lower TDP at 125 W when compared to the Radeon RX 5600 at 150 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the Radeon RX 5600 is faster than the GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER.
