GeForce GTX 1080 vs Quadro 600 specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the GeForce GTX 1080 GPU is faster than the Quadro 600 in gaming.
In our comparison, the GeForce GTX 1080 has a significantly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture.
Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the GeForce GTX 1080 has significantly more memory with 8 GiB of memory compared to 1 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.
In addition, the Quadro 600 has a significantly lower TDP at 40 W when compared to the GeForce GTX 1080 at 180 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the GeForce GTX 1080 is faster than the Quadro 600.
