GeForce GTX 1080 Ti vs TITAN X comparison

For gaming, the TITAN X graphics card is better than the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti in our tests.

In our comparison, the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture.

Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the TITAN X has slightly more memory with 12 GiB of memory compared to 11 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.

In addition, both the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti and the TITAN X have an identical TDP. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.

According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the TITAN X is faster than the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti.
