GeForce GTX 1050 vs Quadro P2200 benchmarks
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Quadro P2200 GPU is faster than the GeForce GTX 1050 in gaming.
The GeForce GTX 1050 has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. Despite this, the Quadro P2200 has a slightly higher boost clock speed. This is a frequency that can be reached if the GPU is cooled sufficiently and has enough power.
Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the Quadro P2200 has significantly more memory with 5 GiB of memory compared to 2 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
In addition, both the GeForce GTX 1050 and the Quadro P2200 have an identical TDP. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the Quadro P2200 is faster than the GeForce GTX 1050.
