GeForce GTX 1050 vs Quadro K2200 benchmarks
For gaming, the GeForce GTX 1050 graphics card is better than the Quadro K2200 in our tests.
The GeForce GTX 1050 has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. In addition, the GeForce GTX 1050 also has a slightly higher boost clock speed. This is a frequency that can be reached if the GPU is cooled sufficiently and has enough power.
As stated by the manufacturer, the Quadro K2200 has significantly more memory with 4 GiB of memory compared to 2 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
In addition, the Quadro K2200 has a slightly lower TDP at 68 W when compared to the GeForce GTX 1050 at 75 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the GeForce GTX 1050 is better than the Quadro K2200.
