According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the GeForce GT 620 GPU is faster than the GeForce GT 635M in gaming.
In addition, the GeForce GT 635M has a slightly lower TDP at 35 W when compared to the GeForce GT 620 at 49 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
