For gaming, the GeForce GTX 690 graphics card is better than the GeForce GT 610 in our tests.
In addition, the GeForce GT 610 has a significantly lower TDP at 29 W when compared to the GeForce GTX 690 at 300 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
