For gaming, the Arc A380 graphics card is better than the GeForce GT 610 in our tests.
In addition, the GeForce GT 610 has a significantly lower TDP at 29 W when compared to the Arc A380 at 75 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Arc A380 is better than the GeForce GT 610.
