FirePro W7100 vs Quadro M2000 benchmarks
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the FirePro W7100 GPU is faster than the Quadro M2000 in gaming.
In our comparison, the Quadro M2000 has a slightly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation.
Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the FirePro W7100 has significantly more memory with 8 GiB of memory compared to 4 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
In addition, the Quadro M2000 has a significantly lower TDP at 75 W when compared to the FirePro W7100 at 150 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the FirePro W7100 is better than the Quadro M2000.
