FirePro W2100 vs Radeon Vega 3 comparison

For gaming, the Radeon Vega 3 graphics card is better than the FirePro W2100 in our tests.

In our comparison, the FirePro W2100 has a significantly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. Despite this, the Radeon Vega 3 has a significantly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.

In addition, the Radeon Vega 3 has a significantly lower TDP at 15 W when compared to the FirePro W2100 at 26 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.

In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Radeon Vega 3 is better than the FirePro W2100.
