Furthermore, both these CPUs have identical turbo speeds. The cache sizes of these CPUs are different. Indeed, the Core Ultra 7 265K has significantly more L2 cache than the Ryzen 9 9900X3D. Despite this, the Ryzen 9 9900X3D has significantly more L3 cache compared to the Core Ultra 7 265K.
