In our benchmarks, the Core i9-10900X beats the Ryzen 7 5700X in overall performance. Despite this, the Ryzen 7 5700X has the advantage in our gaming benchmark.

In terms of the number of cores of each of these CPUs, the Core i9-10900X has slightly more cores than the Ryzen 7 5700X.
