Core i9-10900K vs Celeron G5905 specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Core i9-10900K is faster than the Celeron G5905. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Celeron G5905 in all gaming tests too.
With info from our database, we find that the Core i9-10900K has significantly more cores with 10 cores whereas the Celeron G5905 has 2 cores. It also has more threads than the Celeron G5905. These CPUs have different clock speeds. Indeed, the Core i9-10900K has a slightly higher clock speed compared to the Celeron G5905. The Celeron G5905 outputs less heat than Core i9-10900K thanks to a significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
Modern CPUs generally have more logical cores than physical cores, this means that each core is split into multiple virtual cores, improving efficiency for parallel workloads. Indeed, the Core i9-10900K has more threads than cores. Each physical core is split into multiple threads.
