Core i9-10900 vs Core i9-13900H benchmarks
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Core i9-10900 is faster than the Core i9-13900H. Despite this, the Core i9-13900H has the advantage in our gaming benchmark.
With info from our database, we find that the Core i9-13900H has slightly more cores with 14 cores whereas the Core i9-10900 has 10 cores. But they both have the same number of threads. With our hardware info, we find that the Core i9-10900 has a slightly higher clock speed than the Core i9-13900H. Despite this, the Core i9-13900H has a slightly higher turbo speed. In terms of cache, the Core i9-13900H has significantly more L2 cache when compared to the Core i9-10900. The Core i9-13900H also has slightly more L3 cache.
The more cores a CPU has, the better the overall performance will be in parallel workloads such as multitasking. Many CPUs have more threads than cores, this means that each physical core is split into multiple logical cores, making them more efficient. Indeed, the Core i9-10900 has more threads than cores. Each physical core is split into multiple threads.
