Indeed, the Core i7-9700KF has a significantly higher clock speed compared to the Xeon E5-2683 v3. Also, the Core i7-9700KF has a significantly higher turbo speed. A Core i7-9700KF CPU outputs less heat than a Xeon E5-2683 v3 CPU because of its slightly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
