Core i7-9700K vs A10-6800K specs and performance

According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Core i7-9700K is faster than the A10-6800K. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the A10-6800K in all gaming tests too.

With info from our database, we find that the Core i7-9700K has significantly more cores with 8 cores whereas the A10-6800K has 2 cores. It also has more threads than the A10-6800K. With our hardware info, we find that the A10-6800K has a slightly higher clock speed than the Core i7-9700K. Despite this, the Core i7-9700K has a slightly higher turbo speed. A Core i7-9700K CPU outputs less heat than a A10-6800K CPU because of its slightly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption. In terms of cache, the A10-6800K has significantly more L2 cache when compared to the Core i7-9700K

Modern CPUs generally have more logical cores than physical cores, this means that each core is split into multiple virtual cores, improving efficiency for parallel workloads. For instance, the Core i7-9700K has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
