Core i7-6700T vs Core i3-N300 benchmarks
Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Core i7-6700T performs better than the Core i3-N300. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Core i3-N300 in all gaming tests too.
With info from our database, we find that the Core i3-N300 has significantly more cores with 8 cores whereas the Core i7-6700T has 4 cores. But they both have the same number of threads. Our comparison shows that the Core i7-6700T has a significantly higher clock speed compared to the Core i3-N300. Despite this, the Core i3-N300 has a slightly higher turbo speed. The Core i3-N300 outputs less heat than Core i7-6700T thanks to a significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption. The cache sizes of these CPUs are different. Indeed, the Core i3-N300 has significantly more L2 cache than the Core i7-6700T. Despite this, the Core i7-6700T has slightly more L3 cache compared to the Core i3-N300.
