Core i7-12800H vs Ryzen Z1 benchmarks

Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Ryzen Z1 performs better than the Core i7-12800H. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Core i7-12800H in all gaming tests too.

When comparing core counts for these CPUs, we notice that the Core i7-12800H has significantly more cores with 14 cores compared to the Ryzen Z1 that has 6 cores. It also has more threads than the Ryzen Z1. With our hardware info, we find that the Ryzen Z1 has a slightly higher clock speed than the Core i7-12800H. Also, the Ryzen Z1 has a slightly higher turbo speed. The Ryzen Z1 outputs less heat than Core i7-12800H thanks to a significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption. The cache sizes of these CPUs are different.
